Arbitron announced the appointment of CAROLYN CLARK as a senior account manager within the company’s National Radio Services department. Clark will be responsible for serving as the principal Arbitron contact with networks, syndicators, representative firms, and other key national accounts. Clark was director of media and agency sales at Nielsen//NetRatings.

Horizon Media announced several promotions within the New York Account Services group. DENNIS CAMLEK has been promoted to associate group head, MAC HAGEL has been promoted to account supervisor, GABRIELLE MAKAREVICH has been promoted to account executive and both CANDACE LIEF and ANGELA ROTHSCHILD have been promoted to junior account executives. 

Bigfoot Interactive has named JONATHAN GUTTENBERG to the position of vice president of strategic development. In this newly created position, Guttenberg will be responsible for investigating, securing, and building strategic partnerships between Bigfoot Interactive and relevant third-party organizations.
