    MATT ORSER and ALVARO RAMOS SOLANES were named art directors at la comunidad. Orser joins the agency from Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, where he worked on campaigns for Harley-Davidson, Porsche, Rapala, and NWA. Solanes joins from Leo Burnett Lima, Peru, where he oversaw work for clients including Mitsubishi, Diageo, Visa, Procter & Gamble, Samsung and Pacifico Insurance.
