Concrete Pictures named SUZANNE DUNN vice president, interactive business development.

RON FEINBAUM was promoted to executive vice president of business development at Scripps Networks Interactive. Feinbaum previously served as general manager and senior vice president.

SESHADRI SAMPATH has been named regional director for BBDO in Singapore, overseeing the agency's P&G and ICI Dulux businesses. He was most recently CEO of BBDO Singapore. In addition, JEAN PAUL BURGE will move from Hong Kong to Singapore to take on the role of BBDO Singapore. Lastly, ROD STROTHER was named managing director of Proximity.

TurnHere named JIM DIAZ chief operating officer, responsible for driving the strategic and operational leadership of TurnHere’s sales and marketing teams.

JUAN SAUX has been named director of the West Andean region for Draftfcb, responsible for the agency’s operations in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. Saux most recently served as president of Draftfcb in Peru.

SANDY DRAYTON was named executive director of brand communications for Women's Health. Drayton joins Women's Health after serving 21 years at Time Inc., most recently as vice president, communications and television development for Entertainment Weekly.
