Cramer-Krasselt named BRIAN MANDELBAUM vice president/interactive group media director. Prior to joining C-K, Mandelbaum was the director of interactive at Saatchi & Saatchi/New York where he oversaw all digital strategy, media and integrations across brands such as Cold Stone Creamery, Reynolds, Miller High Life and Wendy's.

CAROLE SMITH was named vice president of research at ION Media Networks. Smith joins ION from VH1, CMT and Logo, where she served as vice president of research.
