After spending five years in Japan as managing director of Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo, Trish Adams will return to Portland to lead the Target account. Blake Harrop, formerly senior vice president and account lead for Samsung at Digitas, will fill the managing director role in Tokyo.

Robert W. Pittman, former chief executive officer of MTV Networks and AOL Networks and former chief operating officer of America Online and AOL Time Warner will serve as chairman of Media and Entertainment Platforms at Clear Channel.

Knewco hired Craig Swerdloff as chief executive officer. Most recently, he founded two vertical ad networks: the Hockey Ad Network and Fishing Ad Net.

Trailer Park promoted Craig A. Platt to vice president, theatrical producer.

Havas Digital elevated Micah Nyatsambo, formerly the agency's director of social media, to director of emerging technology. David Puner, formerly the social media voice of Dunkin' Donuts, has been named director of social media, replacing Nyatsambo. Lastly, Sarah Amitay was named vice president, director of mobile marketing.

David Jones has joined Proximity Canada's Strategy and Insights group in the newly created role of vice president, social strategy.
