Ross Phernetton has rejoined the Proximity network as senior vice president, executive creative director of Barefoot Proximity in Cincinnati. Phernetton was previously creative director at BBDO and Proximity Minneapolis. In his new position, he will be responsible for the agency's creative output. In this role, Beck will build and lead a strategy unit comprised of analytics, traditional media research, social media and holistic communications strategy.
