Healthcare advertising agency and inVentiv Health company GSW hired Marci Piasecki as president. She will lead GSW’s North American operations in New York City, Toronto, Columbus, Ohio, and Newtown, Pa. Piasecki replaces Joe Daley, who was promoted to chief strategy officer of inVentiv Health Commercial.

Erwin Penland hired Jessica Navas as chief planning officer. Navas will lead strategic planning and work across all clients, including Denny's Diner, Verizon and L.L. Bean. She will report to Joe Erwin, president of Erwin Penland, and work from the agency's New York office. Navas joins the agency from JWT where she held the post of group planning director and worked with clients including PUMA and Lean Cuisine, as well as handling both internal and external communications.
