Ogilvy is installing the creative duo Danilo Boer and Marcos Kotlhar as Chief Creative Officers to work across the agency’s NY client roster. The industry veterans have partnered as executive creative directors at BBDO since 2016, as well as overseeing one of BBDO’s largest and most innovative portfolios of clients: Bacardi Limited (Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, Dewars, Cazadores, St Germain and Havana Club), GE, Macys, Footlocker and the nonprofit DayOne, Rescue.org and She Should Run.
Lippe Taylor is naming Kate Charles its Chief Planning Officer to spearhead the marketing agency’s analytics, creative, earned and social-media capabilities. She was previously Chief Strategy Officer at healthcare agency Seiden. Earlier in her career, Charles worked as head of insights and planning at 360i.
