LISA COGHLAN has been named Senior VP and General Sales Manager, Media Services, at YES, the New York Yankees-infused regional sports net. Most recently the local sales manager at WNYW-TV in New York, Coghlan will be responsible for all local media sales for YES.

Juxt Interactive has added two senior hires to its 11-staffer operation. JASON DEAL joins the Newport Beach, Calif.-based interactive shop as Senior Project Manager. Most recently, he was at Los Angeles-based Genex. TALECHIA PLUMLEE comes on board as VP of Business Development. Plumlee was most recently a VP of Business Development at MP3.com.

GEORGE T. SCHRAMM, has moved back to SF to join AOL Time Warner, specializing in the Travel and Entertainment division. Prior to AOL, George was in Los Angeles selling for Overture.com, George's SF background starts with CBS Sportsline where he was an Account Executive, and also Rivals.com where he was the Regional Sales Manager.

Prior to his most recent position as CEO of LockStream Corp., Goodman spent six years at the Warner Music Group, Warnervision Entertainment and Warner Bros.

National Cable Communications has announced the hiring of JIM MITTAL, ALAN WEINTRAUB and JOHN DORTCH in its Chicago sales office. Mittal actually returns to the NCC family, having spent 10 years (1991-2000) with the company in varying capacities. He comes back to NCC after serving as General Sales Manager of AT&T Media Services/Chicago Interconnect. Weintraub previously served as Group Director of Market Development for Clear Channel Communications in Chicago. Dortch also returns to NCC after a year-long stint with the Katz Radio Network in Chicago, where he was a Senior Account Executive.

The Bay Area's leading Spanish-language TV station, KDTV Univision 14, and its new sister station, KFSF TeleFutura 66, announced the addition of MAURA DONOHUE as local sales manager for the stations' San José office. Donohue most recently served as Vice-President of Operations for Entravision Communications Corporation.
