    MPG has named COLEEN KUEHN senior vice president, catalyst strategist and GUY FORESTIER-WALKER has been appointed senior vice president, business development. In her new position, Kuehn leads the Catalyst teams in building clients' businesses and maximizing their return on advertising and media investments by providing actionable insights and analyses. Coleen joins MPG from MediaCom, where she held several positions. In his role, Forestier-Walker will be responsible for all business development functions, including guiding new business pitches and cultivating and creating new client relationships.

    Arbitron has announced the appointment of RICK RESING as Manager of Northeastern Accounts for cable clients. Resing will work with cable networks, cable systems and other cable entities throughout the New England and the Mid-Atlantic states. Also at Arbitron, RICHARD TUNKEL has been named manager of National Radio Sales. Tunkel will work with broadcast groups with a primary focus on Arbitron’s Hispanic Broadcast customers.
