    TACODA Systems, Inc., a provider of behavioral targeting and audience management, announced that former Time Warner Inc. executive, CURTIS G. VIEBRANZ has joined the company in the newly-created position of president & chief operating officer. Viebranz joins TACODA from OLE Communications, a diversified Latin American media company.

  • BARRY ANDERSON: Fastclick.com
    Fastclick.com, Inc. has appointed BARRY ANDERSON as executive vice president of human resources and general counsel. Anderson previously held executive positions at VeriSign and QAD. In addition, the company announced that JONATHAN SLAVIN, director of media sales, has relocated to New York and will be joining KYM GIBBONS, media sales director, in handling Fastclick's East Coast territories. Previously, Slavin served as a director of media sales for the west coast from Fastclick's corporate headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA.

    MARK GOLDSTEIN, chief marketing officer of Fallon Worldwide, is moving from Minneapolis to New York City to assume the same role and help grow Lowe & Partners Worldwide. He will also sit on the board of directors of both organizations.

    MARK P. MAYS who has served as Clear Channel's president and COO since 1993, has been named as interim CEO of the company.
  • Captivate Network: PAUL JANKAUSKAS
    Captivate Network, the national news and entertainment network, announced the promotion of PAUL JANKAUSKAS to senior vice president of advertising sales. Jankauskas will create strategy and oversee the execution of Captivate’s North American advertising sales plans. Jankauskas joined the company in July 2003, and will continue to support Captivate’s advertising growth initiatives under the Gannett Company, which acquired Captivate in April. Prior to joining Captivate, Jankauskas was the vice president/general manager of Metro Networks/Shadow Broadcasting, where he was responsible for complete P&L of sales and broadcast operations.
  • TRICIA RUSSO: Cramer-Krasselt
    The Chicago office of Cramer-Krasselt has tapped TRICIA RUSSO as senior vice president, director of brand planning. She will lead the office’s brand planning department and oversee planning for C-K’s existing clients and new business efforts. Russo entered the Chicago market as SVP/planning director at lbworks. Prior to that, she was senior partner, planning director at Ogilvy and Mather in New York City.
  • MARLA PINTO: RDW Group
    RDW Group has named MARLA PINTO as media director. Pinto will be responsible for all online and offline media planning and buying for the agency. Prior to joining the agency, Pinto spent seven years, most recently as group media director, with Arnold Worldwide in San Francisco and its predecessor, Ingalls Moranville.
