TED SANN is leaving BBDO Worldwide. In his position as vice chairman and chief creative officer of BBDO North America, Sann was primarily responsibile for the creative work of the network's headquarters agency in New York. David Lubars, president Fallon Worldwide and executive creative director of Fallon North America, is returning to BBDO where he was head of BBDO West before joining Fallon in 1998. Lubars will lead BBDO North America as chairman and chief creative officer.

Woodall most recently served as EVP, executive creative director of D’Arcy New York until the agency was absorbed by Publicis in 2003. Commission Junction has formed a New York-based sales and operations team for CJ Evolution, the company’s new online-advertising model. JOCELYN GRIFFING, an online advertising veteran out of Beyond Interactive, Phase2Media and Modem Media, will lead the team as vice president of media operations. Jocelyn joined Commission Junction from Beyond Interactive, a Grey Global Group company, where she was senior vice president, Integrated Media. Prior to that, she was vice president of consulting services and business development at Phase2Media.
