JOHN MCNEIL has joined McCann Erickson San Francisco as executive vice president and co-chief creative officer. McNeil joins from Ogilvy & Mather, New York, where he was senior partner and creative director for the IBM, Kodak, DuPont, and Lycos accounts. He will partner and share the same title with current executive vice president and chief creative cfficer JEFF HUGGINS and work on the Microsoft account. McNeil joined Ogilvy & Mather in 1996, and worked on IBM’s e-business campaign, ThinkPad and Global Services business, and the “Linux Prodigy” campaign.

Jenkins began his career at Ogilvy’s Houston, San Francisco, and New York offices, working with Shell Oil, Gallo Winery, American Express, Blitz-Weinhard Brewery, Paco Rabanne, and other accounts. Recently Jenkins has run his own creative consulting firm where he led efforts creating IBM’s national and international e-commerce print campaign.

KEVIN MOORE has been named as East Coast account executive of PIC-TV. He will be responsible for generating new accounts for 10-second promotional spots and closed captioned sponsorships. Prior to joining PIC-TV, Moore was a senior media buyer on the Johnson & Johnson account at Universal McCann.

RAUL CALVO has been named vice president/director of sales for Clear Channel Radio Sales (CCRS) Hispanic. In this newly created position, Calvo will manage and oversee CCRS Hispanic sales efforts to the media community. He has been with Katz for more than 12 years, holding sales and management positions with Banner Radio, Sentry Radio, and CCRS. Most recently he was vice president/sales for CCRS.

Cohen is responsible for the introduction of Turner Media Group’s Integrated Transactional Media to the general market advertising community. Integrated Transactional Media takes advantage of new technologies, including interactive television and DVRs, to deliver an innovative opportunity for advertisers across multiple platforms. Most recently, Cohen was senior vice president at ACTV where he was responsible for sales of the SpotOn addressable advertising product.
