    Badger & Partners appointed ANDREW BEAVER as chief marketing officer and senior partner. Beaver will direct agency operations, new business development, and oversee delivery of the agency's range of branding and creative services to its clients. Prior to joining Badger & Partners, Beaver served as director of client services and managing partner at TBWA/Chiat/Day, New York, where managed clients including Seagram's Spirits, K-Mart, and Orbitz.com. Prior to that, Beaver was executive vice president at Deutsch Inc., managing Tanqueray, Snapple, and Prudential Securities brands.

    SFGT has recruited DOUG HILL as creative director/group head, responsible for Sunoco, De'Longhi, American Education Services, and The Philadelphia International Auto Show accounts. Previously, Hill was senior creative director at McCann-Erickson, New York, working on Sprint, Lowe's, Rubbermaid, and Partnership for a Drug-Free America accounts.

    NICHOLAS LONGANO has been named chief marketing officer at Massive Incorporated. Longano will be responsible for expanding Massive’s position in the in-game advertising market by building a network of publishers and titles into a legitimized media solution for advertisers. He most recently served as a group vice president at Vivendi Universal Games.

    The Weather Channel has promoted CHUCK HERRING to vice president/general manager of the all-local weather network, Weatherscan. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing all local weather products and for the continued development and deployment of Weatherscan. Most recently, Herring was vice president/general manager for The Weather Channel Radio Network. The Weather Channel also promoted Vicki Hamilton to general manager for The Weather Channel Radio Network, up from senior vice president of shared services and IT operations.
