    SCOTT LEDDER has joined Horizon Media as an account supervisor. Ledder comes to Horizon from MediaVest where he was assistant media director for the past four years, overseeing clients such as Heineken USA and Kraft/Nabisco. SAMANTHA TOUCHSTONE has been promoted to account supervisor, up from account executive. Prior to joining Horizon in January 2004, Touchstone was a media planner at Mediaedge:cia working on clients including Campbell's Soups Brands and AT&T Wireless.
    CAREY GRAEBER, producer and founder of Great Plains Productions, will serve as the president of NewYork Women in Film & Television.
    Meredith Corporation has promoted PATRICK TAYLOR to executive director, Meredith Publishing Group Communications. In this new role, Taylor will oversee all media relations, marketing communications, and internal communications for the entire Meredith Publishing Group. He joined Meredith Corporation in 2002 as director of New York Media and Marketing Communications.
    Outrider has named PATRICK GARRETT to the position of director, strategic services. His responsibilities include client strategy for Microsoft and solution development. Garrett was previously vice president of sales and marketing at interactive design firm SteadyRain.
    DEBBIE BRUNNER has launched Flip Creative, a full-service agency based in Los Angeles. Brunner will serve as president of the company. She most recently served as senior vice president, worldwide marketing and creative services for Universal Television, where she led domestic and international marketing efforts for Universal products worldwide.
    CHIQUI CARTAGENA has been named managing director, multicultural communications for Meredith Integrated Marketing, a new position. Cartagena joins Meredith from The Ad Age Group, where she was responsible for developing Hispanic business for Advertising Age and Creativity, as well as AdAge.com, AdCritic.com, and Madison + Vine.
    ANNE HUNTER has been promoted from director of revenue management to vice president, revenue operations, a newly created position at TACODA. In addition, DAVID MARKOWITZ has been promoted from director of marketing to vice president, marketing and  product management; BENNETT ZUCKER has been elevated to vice president, global affiliate and technology sales from vice president, customer success.
    Scholastic has named SUZANNE MURPHY as vice president, trade marketing. Murphy was most recently vice president of marketing at Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing, where she oversaw the marketing, publicity efforts, and creative services for best-selling children’s books.
