    MARK BERNARDINI has joined the New York advertising sales office of USA WEEKEND and MARK ANCIPINK has joined the San Francisco office, both as account executives. Prior to joining USA WEEKEND, Bernardini was a senior account executive at MarketSource. Ancipink joins the company from Golf Digest and Golf for Women magazines.

    MICHAEL LOMBARDI has joined WeatherBug as vice president of East Coast sales and MARIO TOTA has been named director of central sales. Lombardi will manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the East Coast region. Tota will manage all central region sales operations and growth. Lombardi joins WeatherBug from Undertone Networks and Tota most recently served as vice president of sales at Travelocity.

    Scripps Networks has promoted WILLIAM CROSBY to a new position of senior vice president of broadband programming and production.     Ebates, an online shopping portal that gives consumers cash back every time they shop, has hired MARKUS MULLARKEY as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Mullarkey comes to Ebates from CNET Networks, where he held several executive leadership roles throughout six years with the company. Most recently he led marketing and business planning for the company’s shopping services and advice unit.

    Landor Associates, a global branding and design consultancy, has promoted three senior executives and hired a new London managing director. CHARLIE WRENCH will assume the role of Landor president and will be responsible for managing all 23 Landor offices worldwide.
