CSTV Networks has hired JOE GANGONE as executive vice president for ad sales. Gangone comes to CSTV after founding and serving as CEO of Gangone Consulting, a sports media and management company.
    MARK BERNARDINI has joined the New York advertising sales office of USA WEEKEND and MARK ANCIPINK has joined the San Francisco office, both as account executives. Prior to joining USA WEEKEND, Bernardini was a senior account executive at MarketSource. Ancipink joins the company from Golf Digest and Golf for Women magazines.
    DAVID BERKOWITZ has been named director of marketing at Viewpoint/Unicast. He most recently served as director of marketing at icrossing.
    MICHAEL LOMBARDI has joined WeatherBug as vice president of East Coast sales and MARIO TOTA has been named director of central sales. Lombardi will manage the day-to-day operations and growth of the East Coast region. Tota will manage all central region sales operations and growth. Lombardi joins WeatherBug from Undertone Networks and Tota most recently served as vice president of sales at Travelocity.
    JENNY FINE has joined Ideal Exposure as director of strategic accounts.
    Scripps Networks has promoted WILLIAM CROSBY to a new position of senior vice president of broadband programming and production. Crosby will supervise the existing broadband team and work with Web sites and brands to create content platforms composed of online/interactive services that will focus on vertical subjects in the home/food/lifestyle categories.
    ImpreMedia, a Spanish-language newspaper publisher in the U.S., has named FRANCISCO LOZANO sales development director for ImpreMedia. He will be responsible for driving national advertising revenue through major corporate projects. DONALD BORUCKI has been named director of national and major account sales for La Opinión, responsible for sales and revenue objectives for the national and major account categories, including advertising agencies and major retailers. In addition, he assumes responsibility for the National Retail Advertising category for ImpreMedia.     Ebates, an online shopping portal that gives consumers cash back every time they shop, has hired MARKUS MULLARKEY as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Mullarkey comes to Ebates from CNET Networks, where he held several executive leadership roles throughout six years with the company. Most recently he led marketing and business planning for the company’s shopping services and advice unit.
    Landor Associates, a global branding and design consultancy, has promoted three senior executives and hired a new London managing director. CHARLIE WRENCH will assume the role of Landor president and will be responsible for managing all 23 Landor offices worldwide. In addition, MARK KENNEDY has been promoted to chief strategy officer and PETER KNAPP as executive creative director, Europe & Middle East. Lastly, CHERYL GIOVANNONI joins Landor from Coley Porter Bell as the managing director of London.
    DAN RUSSELL has been named vice president of programming for Discovery Health Channel. Prior to joining Discovery Health Channel, Russell was vice president of programming at Travel Channel, working with production companies from around the world to develop the network’s schedules in daytime, primetime, and late night.
