He will be responsible for overseeing client services, strategy, analytics, product development and technology solutions. Silver comes to Did-it Search Marketing from his position as vice president of operations for IAC Advertising Solutions, formerly Ajinteractive.

Draft has opened an office in Los Angeles and Bentonville, Arkansas. The Los Angeles office will service Draft clients Kaiser Permanente and the L.A. Times. The Bentonville, Arkansas office was opened to strategically position Draft closer to Wal-mart, one of the largest customers of several of Draft’s packaged goods clients.

OLAF GÖTTGENS, currently CEO and managing partner of BBDO Germany, is joining Mercedes Car Group as worldwide head of branding and marketing communications. KLAUS-PETER SCHULZ, currently CEO of OMD Germany GmbH, is replacing Gottgens. Lastly, MANFRED KLUGE, currently managing director at OMD Germany GmbH, is being promoted to CEO.

LISA SPIELMAN has been named senior vice president, director of business development for ZenithOptimedia US.
