BRAD BALL has joined Moroch Partners as senior partner. He was the former president of Warner Bros. Domestic Theatrical Marketing.

Sigma Group has named DEENA WEINBERG as associate media director. In this position, Weinberg is responsible for the overall planning and placement of media buys on behalf of Sigma's clients. Most recently, she worked at Disney/ABC Cable Networks Group as director of media planning. In that position, she directed all consumer and trade media planning and buying, and managed relationships with media agencies and vendors on behalf of Disney/ABC's four wholly owned cable networks.

WILLIAM LEVY has joined Greater Than One. Most recently, he worked at Move.com as a senior account executive for Realtor.com.

SALVATORE PETRUZZI has been promoted to senior vice president of public relations for Turner Broadcasting System’s Turner Ad Sales and Marketing unit. With his promotion, Petruzzi adds oversight of public relations and publicity efforts supporting Turner Sports, the company’s sports production and programming unit. Petruzzi joined Turner Broadcasting in 2003 from A&E Television, where he was director of public affairs and communications.

WALLY KRANTZ joined Enterprise IG US as executive creative director for the U.S. region. Krantz was most recently creative director at FutureBrand New York, where he led a team in the repositioning and development of the MasterCard Worldwide corporate brand and system.

Bravo Miami has expanded its resources and named ERIC HOYT, president of Young & Rubicam Miami and Wunderman Miami, to lead the effort.

BRIAN MCWILLIAMS has joined Carat Fusion as senior vice president, director of finance. In addition, BILL HEWSON recently joined the agency as vice president, director of account services. Most recently, he worked for Tribal DDB.

DOUG CHAVEZ has joined Yahoo as director of ad solutions. Chavez joins Yahoo from Tribal DDB Chicago, where he led the McDonald's USA business.

TDA Advertising & Design has hired TERI FILDEY as director of client services, a new position. She assumes day-to-day management on all accounts from agency founder THOMAS DOOLEY, who remains president. Previously, Fildey was account supervisor on Nike at Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore.

MARY KATHERINE HEATH has joined Door Number 3 as director of media. She joins the company from MediaVest Worldwide where she served as assistant media director and worked on accounts such as Kraft (Nabisco Crackers) and Coca-Cola.
