MARC GOLDSTEIN was named chief executive officer GroupM North America, where he will share management responsibilities for the parent unit with current GroupM chief investment officer RINO SCANZONI. Since 2002, Goldstein has served as president-CEO of MindShare North America.

TRACY STALZER was named associate publisher of ALL YOU magazine. In addition, JOSÉ R. PÉREZ was named vice president, consumer marketing for the magazine.

DALE YARLBOROUGH joined PJA Advertising and Marketing as an account manager. Before joining PJA, Yarlborough was an account manager at Mullen.

KSL Media has restructured its agency by instituting a full approach to communications planning. TOM STOLFI was named evp/corporate media director. He is the former senior partner/strategic planning director at MindShare. In addition, JEFFREY MAHL was named evp/chief buying officer. He is the former svp/sales and Internet ventures for ESPN.
