Dack most recently served as senior vice president of media and entertainment at Sullivan, where she managed brand positioning on media accounts including Hearst, Conde Nast, MTV Networks, The History Channel and Meredith. 

JOHN HEGELMEYER joined e-Rewards Market Research as manager, market research sales. He was previously with Arbitron Inc. where he served as western regional manager.

ESPN promoted RAPHAEL POPLOCK to vice president of games. In this role, Poplock will continue to guide the overall vision, priorities and strategy for ESPN's relationship with EA SPORTS, as well as manage ESPN's Fantasy Games business.
