The Nielsen Company named GREG FARRAR president of Nielsen Business Media. Farrar was most recently chief operating officer, Nielsen Business Media, and has been leading the division since the unexpected death of CEO ROBERT L. KRAKOFF.

About.com named SHERYL A. GOLDSTEIN as senior vice president, sales. Most recently, she was regional sales director for America Online. While there, Goldstein oversaw a sales staff that managed accounts such as Procter & Gamble Company and Verizon Communications.

Zephyr Media Group promoted ROGER DELANEY to vice president, media. He was previously vice president, media director.

MICK MCCABE was named partner/chief strategy officer at Deutsch NY. He joins the agency from Leo Burnett, Chicago, where he was executive vice president, director of planning. He replaces JEFFREY WOLF, who left the role of partner, director of account planning, Deutsch New York in November 2006.

WorldNow hired KEVIN HICKS as vice president, national sales. Most recently, Hicks was the senior vice president of ad sales at Hollywood Media. STEPHEN BLUMBERG was named vice president of marketing. Blumberg was most recently worldwide director of eMarketing at Gucci.

TiVo named JEFF STETTIN as vice president of national ad sales and DENNIS DUNPHY as director of Midwest ad sales.

Digitas Chicago named DAVID R. MITCHELL executive creative director. He will oversee creative development and execution across all Chicago office clients, including Miller Brewing. He was previously senior vice president, group creative director for the agency's Boston headquarters.
