CRAIG PHILLIPS joined Undertone Networks as the director of media operations after six years at Microsoft Corporation.

Fortune|Money Group named MARY GALLATIN, SUSIE BIDEL, and YODIT TEKLEMARIAM as marketing directors for FORTUNE, MONEY, and FSB: FORTUNE Small Business, respectively.

The Media Kitchen promoted CHARLES PINKERTON to the new position of partner, director of communications insights. In addition to his new duties, he will continue to oversee the Delta account. DARREN HERMAN joined the agency as group director of digital media. In this role, he will lead all digital media efforts and oversee digital media for Media Kitchen clients, such as Panasonic, PBS, Oxygen and Windstream. Prior to The Media Kitchen, Herman worked at IGA Worldwide, a company he co-founded in 2004.

Euro RSCG Worldwide, New York hired ANGELIQUE MORENO as creative manager. She will be responsible for the overall management of the creative department, including talent recruitment and development, execution of projects and awards submissions.

LARRY GELFAND was named senior vice president, media sales for the NHL. Most recently vice president of digital sales for VH1 at MTV Networks, he will lead the NHL's media sales efforts in the United States.

CinemaNow named ASHLEY WOODWORTH as senior vice president of marketing. Woodworth will oversee the company's marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

LAUREN SUKLOFF, media planner from Initiative in the Atlanta office, was promoted to media supervisor and is transferring to Initiative New York to work on the Trane brand.

Rockett Interactive hired DINA HOLLAND as associate media director. Most recently, Holland was manger of print and emerging technologies for John Deere. Rockett also hired EMILY SHEPHERD as assistant media planner. Shepherd joins the agency from Media Placement Group.

Digitas promoted CHRIS ENGLAND, BEN JONES, MICHAEL KARG, AMY MCALLISTER, JOHN ROBINSON, ELLIOTT SEABORN and DAVID WIGDER to senior vice presidents of the agency.
