Promax/BDA has appointed current vice chair LEE HUNT to the post of interim managing director of Promax/BDA and AEIM.

ANIL KAPOOR, regional president Draftfcb, and responsible for India, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia, is expanding his responsibilities to include oversight of the entire Asia-Pacific region, with the exception of China, as well as Africa. MARK PACCHINI, president of global accounts, will continue to oversee Draftfcb operations in Greater China.

Daly began her career in media planning at Young and Rubicam and later moved to Wunderman, Ricotta & Kline to work with advertisers such as P&G; Chase; General Foods; Merrill Lynch and Time-Life on both image and direct response advertising.

MIKE LOMBARDI has been promoted from vice president of east coast and inside sales to vice president of national sales at WeatherBug. Lombardi will manage the day-to-day operations of the national advertising sales group.

Euro RSCG Worldwide named ALAN BURGIS as chief executive officer of Euro RSCG San Francisco. Prior to re-joining the agency, Burgis was managing partner at Agency.com in San Francisco.

MARIA WYSE was named eastern digital advertising manager for CarandDriver.com and RoadandTrack.com. She joins Hachette from WSJ.com where she served as an account executive.

TOM BANNON has been hired as director of sales for Newscom. Bannon previously was director of sales for national accounts at Getty Images.

Oxygen has hired JOHN ALVAREZ as director of affiliate sales and AMY WILLS as national account manager in the Dallas office. The network has also promoted AMIE HINDERLITER and AMY TAYLOR to directors of affiliate sales, up from senior account managers.
