LES EISNER was named executive vice president of The Lippin Group. Eisner will be responsible for overseeing corporate communications and public relations campaigns for a various clients in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Eisner was vice president, media relations, of Twentieth Television.

SARA VALASEK joined Empower MediaMarketing, Cincinnati as client strategy director. Valasek joins the agency from Prometheus Media Services (formerly OMD), Chicago, where she was associate director of strategy.

Mullen named KEITH JOHNSTON as vice president, director of integrated production. He comes to Mullen from Concrete Pictures, where he was creative director and led broadcast production efforts for ABC Sports and Comcast.
