WILLIAM H. MASTERSON III joined Media Rights Capital as executive vice president, digital content partnerships.

ALEX BOGUSKY has been named co-chairman of Crispin Porter + Bogusky and will lead the agency along with current chairman CHUCK PORTER. ANDREW KELLER and ROB REILLY were both named partner/co-executive creative director. Together they will manage and oversee the day-to-day creative operations of the agency. Additionally, STEVE ERICH was named partner/group account director and ERIC LEAR was named partner/COO at the firm.

DENNY WILKINSON was named CEO of etc.tv Inc.

PAUL ABATEMARCO, most recently vice president and head of sales for Radium, joined Stardust Studios as the executive producer for its Santa Monica office.

Firstborn named TOM WALKER as executive director for Firstborn Los Angeles. Most recently, Walker was director of interactive at Venables Bell & Partners in San Francisco, where he managed all aspects of the interactive process for clients such as HBO, Audi, Barclay's and Slim Jim.

BBDO New York named ELYSE HOELZER as director of engagement mapping. Hoelzer joins BBDO from OMD, where she was most recently managing director, North American global accounts.

CHRISTINE STELL was promoted to media sales manager in Yahoo's European SMB unit. She will manage a team of Pan European Sales reps in the Barcelona office.

Litton Entertainment named THOMAS S. WARNER as vice president, regional sales. He joins the company following a thirteen-year stint with Sony Pictures Television as senior vice president of domestic sales.

DDB Chicago named ASHLEY VINSON and MATT ABRAMSON as senior producer of integrated creative and producer, respectively.

LORI O'CONNOR was promoted to eastern sales manager for TV Guide magazine. Previously, she served as New York sales manager.
