CHRIS FOSTER was named CEO of Fallon North America. He joins the agency from Saatchi & Saatchi NY where served as executive vice president, global equity director heading up the global business for P&G's laundry and home care business. Previously he was CEO for Saatchi & Saatchi's offices in Japan and Hong Kong.

MICHAEL DUPONT was promoted to vice president, advertising sales for Oxygen Media, responsible for network sales across all platforms. DuPont was previously vice president of ad sales responsible for Oxygen's East Coast sales.
