MTV Networks Latin America promoted Pablo Yacub to general counsel, overseeing all business, legal affairs, and government relations for MTV, Nickelodeon and VH1 in Latin America and Brazil and their related properties.

Move Networks named Roxanne Austin president and chief executive officer. Most recently, Austin was president of Austin Investment Advisors, a private investment and consulting firm focused on new media and technology.

Cheil Worldwide appointed Jason Choi as director of its global interactive division. Prior to Cheil Worldwide, Choi was senior vice president, account director at Draftfcb in California, where he led the agency's interactive group and also served as group account director and CRM consultant.

Current Media hired Mark Rosenthal as CEO. Rosenthal joins the company from Spot Runner, where he recently served as vice chairman and president of media platforms.
