James Beriker has been named president & chief executive officer and appointed to the board of directors of Dapper. Eran Shir, co-founder and former president & CEO, has been appointed chief technical officer and will continue to be responsible for Dapper's product and engineering organization.

Lotame Solutions opened a research and development office in Cambridge, MA to be headed by John Thomas, PhD, in the newly created position of Director of R&D. Previously, Thomas was a senior scientist at Crimson Hexagon.

AMP Agency named Jamie Graham as vice president, creative director. He joins the agency from Arnold Worldwide.

Digitas named Joe Lin as creative senior vice president for the agency's Stamford office.
