    Sally Kennedy has been named CEO of Publicis Dallas. Most recently, Kennedy was president of Cossette in New York, where she oversaw all operations, including office management, client relationships and business development.

    Harvey Goldhersz was named chief executive officer of MediaCom North America. Goldhersz is replacing Doug Checkeris, who resigned his post to pursue other interests. Since 2004 Goldhersz has served as vice chairman, worldwide chief operating officer of MediaCom Worldwide.
