Rodale Inc. announced that Men’s Health publisher Ronan Gardiner and Women’s Health publisher Laura Frerer-Schmidt have added vice president to their titles. Rosetta hired Clare McDonald, as its European executive creative director, a new position. McDonald will lead creative strategy and execution across all European clients. Organic elevated Tracy Richards to chief marketing officer, a new position, and part of a restructure of Organic's business development efforts. She will report to David Shulman, CEO of the agency. Shulman has tapped Richards to identify expanded new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing clients. Richards ha worked at the agency for more than 13 years, most recently serving as group director, global business development. Martin Mohr is joining TBWA\Chiat\Day New York as a creative director in mid-March. Mohr will lead digital creative across clients in the New York office and report to Matt Ian, executive creative director of TBWA\Chiat\Day New York.
