Innocean hired Angela Zepeda as senior vice president, business development. Zepeda will be responsible for marketing the agency and overseeing company growth plans. She will report to Tim Blett, chief operating officer, Innocean USA. Most recently, she was CEO of Quigley Simpson in Los Angeles, where she oversaw all aspects of the agency.
