Amy Ginsberg has joined Havas Media Group as Chief Investment Officer from the same role at Canvas Worldwide. She replaces Jason Kanefsky, who becomes managing director-head of marketplace intelligence. In a related move, Global Chief Commercial Officer Greg Walsh adds the role of COO of Havas Media North America.

Innocean Worldwide has appointed Nicholas Kim Global Chief Strategy Officer, a new role at the agency. Kim is tasked with driving growth and accelerating the company’s digital transformation.  The 20-year industry veteran has previously served at a number of agencies including Publics Communications East, Huge, West and others.  Based in Seoul, Korea, Innocean has 29 offices across 20 countries.

Mindshare has appointed Sean Clayton as executive director, solutions officer to be responsible for architecting new client solutions, integrating data, technology, and analytics products and capabilities from across Mindshare parent GroupM, and the wider parent WPP organization. Most recently, he was the co-founder of Myosin, a data science powered marketing platform and consultancy and earlier  worked at SITO Mobile.
