Stagwell agency SKDK has appointed CR Wooters, as a Principal in the public affairs practice in Washington, D.C.    Wooters joins SKDK following four years at Uber, where he served as Senior Director and Head of Federal Affairs, leading the company’s engagement with the White House, Congress, and all federal agencies.   

He's been named EVP of business development.
