KARL BALL has been named Key Account Sales Director at ConvenienTV. Ball comes from Ten Square where he represented the Ten Square gas pump display network to National Advertisers.

JOHN MAZURKIEWICZ has formed Mazmania Creative Services in Bayonne, NJ. He was the online marketing strategist at Viaduct.com in New York and online marketing specialist at VitaminShoppe.com in North Bergen, NJ.

TONY SHAW has been named Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at ConvenienTV. Prior to joining ConvenienTV, Shaw was Director of Global Marketing for Triton Systems Inc.

STEVE STUCK has been upped to General Sales Manager of Univision 19 KUVS-TV. Stuck served as the National Sales Manager for KUVS from 1997, when Univision acquired KUVS in the Sacramento-Modesto-Stockton DMA, until March 2001.

JOHN MASSONI has been named President of DornaUSA, LLC, a Van Wagner Communications Company. Massoni has been with Dorna since 1992 and previously served as Senior Vice President, managing the sales of company inventory to national advertisers.

DAN ENDRES has been named Vice President of Sales at ChannelAdvisor Corporation. He previously served as senior vice president of Global Services for EssentialMarkets.

COLLEEN L. EDWARDS has been named vice president of corporate marketing at IPNet Solutions Inc. Previously, Edwards served as director of corporate communications for IPNet.

Yahoo! Inc. announced the appointment of GARY L. WILSON and RONALD W. BURKLE to its Board of Directors. Wilson is chairman of the Board of Directors of Northwest Airlines and is also a director of The Walt Disney Company. Burkle is founder and managing partner of The Yucaipa Companies.

JOHN PARK has been named Vice President of Marketing at Imagio|JWT, a Seattle-based full-service marketing communications and advertising agency. Prior to joining Imagio|JWT in 1999 as a Senior Media Planner, Park served at Publicis Seattle and Diamond Advertising in Seoul, Korea.
