Kanoodle.com, a provider of sponsored search listings, has hired three executives to start Kanoodle.com's Content Division. LANCE PODELL joins as president; DOUG PERLSON as senior vice president, partner development and operations; and MARK JOSEPHSON as senior vice president, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Kanoodle.com, Podell and Perlson were general manager and senior vice president partner development and operations respectively for Sprinks, an About, Inc. company. Josephson was executive vice president of marketing and business development for About, Inc.

FindWhat.com has promoted DAVID C. RAE to chief strategy officer. Rae joined FindWhat.com as vice president of operations in January of 2002, and in April of 2002, was promoted to executive vice president. Prior to joining FindWhat.com, Rae founded Attitude Network, owner of computer games sites on the Internet, and also founded Hotel Discounts, one of the Internet's largest sources of discount accommodations.

H. ROBERT WIENTZEN, president & CEO of the Direct Marketing Association since 1996, announced plans to retire on July 1, 2004. An executive search committee composed of current and former DMA Board members has been formed to select Wientzen's successor. A marketing veteran with over 30 years of experience, Wientzen was appointed president & chief executive officer of The DMA in September 1996. In that capacity, he oversees all facets of the Association's work. Prior to his appointment, he was a 20-year DMA member, serving six of those years as a member of The DMA Board.

The Yellow Pages Integrated Media Association, the trade group for the off and online Yellow Pages industries, has added ad veteran DEBORAH JACKSON STYMEST as its vice president of marketing and business development. Stymest, formerly director of advertising for AT&T Wireless Services, has been charged with expanding the YPIMA's national ad base. At AT&T Wireless, she was responsible for programs that dramatically increased the subscriber base, created the company's first national brand positioning and creative strategy, and managed a $400 million advertising budget.

NOAH LEVINE has joined Draft New York as vice president, account director on the agency's Bank of America business. Most recently, Levine worked at JPMorgan Chase where he was a vice president in the Small Business Financial Services group. Prior to that, Levine was at Citigroup Credit Cards where he ran acquisition, activation, and retention programs for its Ford and Driver's Edge cards.
