JAMES O'HARA has been appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer for the VNU Media Measurement and Information Group. O'Hara has also become a member of the MMI Group's management board. For the past four years, O'Hara had been senior vice president and CFO for Nielsen Media Research, which is part of the VNU MMI Group. O'Hara first joined VNU in 1998 as chief financial officer for VNU Marketing Information where he had overall financial responsibilities for multiple business units, including entertainment, media, healthcare and precision marketing.
