In his new position, he will focus on minute-by-minute TV ratings, data fusion, multimedia optimizers, and other new media research methodologies, techniques, and media analysis systems.

Entrepreneur Media Inc. has named ANGELA MUETERS-LEWIS as Northwest ad director in the San Francisco office. Mueters-Lewis replaces JON SCHWARTZ, who has been promoted to Eastern ad director and will work out of the New York office. Mueters-Lewis joins Entrepreneur from CMP Media where she was the account director for CRN, a newsweekly for the IT/solution provider channel for the past five and a half years. Prior to Entrepreneur, Schwartz spent eight years at Ziff-Davis Publishing Company where he last served as West Coast advertising director.

Ragals will primarily be responsible for managing all activities for Beyond Interactive's clients, including Cendant, DoubleClick and 3M. NICK S. CYPRUS has been hired by Interpublic Group of Cos. as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer. He replaces DICK SNEEDER, who became controller at Interpublic's McCann-Erickson WorldGroup in March. Cyprus had been vice president and controller of AT&T, where he also led the telecom's Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, financial systems oversight, and cost-reduction initiatives. He has also been assistant corporate controller and chief accountant at AT&T, and before that served nine years at AT&T Capital Corp.
