• MATT SEILER: PHD
    MATT SEILER has been named president of PHD, U.S. Seiler was most recently executive vice president at Omnicom Group. Prior to joining Omnicom in 2001, Seiler served as director of strategic planning at BBDO New York, where he worked from 1996 to 2000. Seiler will oversee PHD’s operations in New York as well as its offices in Chicago, St. Louis, and San Francisco.

    AGENCY.COM announced that THOMAS LANZETTA has been named chief operating officer and JULIE ROTH has been named president of the company's Web Development Group for North America.   • DAN WAKEFORD: In Touch Weekly
    In Touch Weekly, announced that DAN WAKEFORD and MICHELLE LEE have been promoted to the positions of co-executive editors. Formerly In Touch Weekly’s news director and articles director, respectively, Wakeford and Lee will be based in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. Prior to joining the magazine, Wakeford worked in England as news editor of heat. Lee has held editorial positions at Glamour, CosmoGirl! and Mademoiselle.
  • MARK J. FERNBERG: Gemstar-TV Guide International
    Gemstar-TV Guide International has named MARK J. FERNBERG as senior vice president of finance for TV Guide Publishing Group. In this role, Fernberg will be responsible for handling all financial operations of the group including accounting, internal reporting and strategic financial planning activities. Fernberg previously worked at Columbia House as a senior vice president of finance.

Windsor joined the Ogilvy agency in 1986, and departed in 1992 to become president and CEO of advertising agency Anderson & Lembke (now part of McCann-Erickson Worldwide Advertising).
