    Time Warner has appointed JOHN PARTILLA, a former senior executive at WPP Group's Young & Rubicam Inc., New York, and founder and CEO of Y&R's Brand Buzz agency, as president of its Global Marketing Solutions group. Partilla succeeds MICHAEL J. KELLY, who moved in January 2004 to Time Warner's America Online unit as president, AOL Media Networks.
