    JOSH FELLER has joined Quigo Technologies as director of sales for AdSonar, and JACLYN GOODSTADT has joined the company as account manager for AdSonar. Feller will be responsible for adding new publishers to the company's contextual network. Goodstadt will focus on bringing in new advertisers to the contextual advertising network.
