Local Marketing Corporation (LMC) has named LAURA Z. DORWARD senior vice president, general manager. Dorward joined LMC in 1989. She has spent time on the media planning, promotional development and account management ends of the business, supporting a range of major packaged-goods brands.
Media Contacts, the interactive arm of MPG, has named T.S. KELLY as its global director of research and insight. Kelly will be responsible for research as it relates to digital, direct, and relationship-based media. Most recently, Kelly served as a vice president for research at IAG Research.
SQAD has added three senior executives to its management team. JAMES KINDRED has joined the firm as chief technology officer; TOM GRAVES has joined as manager of systems development for SNAP; and SAMANTHA MARLOW has joined as senior account executive in SQAD's West Coast office. Kindred joins SQAD from Customer Portfolios LLC, where he served as chief technology officer. Graves moves to SQAD from Interactive Market Systems where he was vice president of programming. Revolution Media, a Los Angeles-based media buying agency, has hired YVONNE LACEY, formerly of the Fox Broadcasting Company, as broadcast supervisor.
BILL SCOTT, president of the PAX Television Network is leaving the company. He will continue to serve as a consultant to the network. Scott was one of the creators of PAX and helped launch it in 1998. At that time, he was a member of the board of directors of Paxson Communications, and then served as president of programming to help put the network on the air. In 2002, he was appointed president of the network.
Range Online Media has named ASHWINI KARANDIKAR as director of account services. She was previously senior manager for online advertising at Match.com.

Before joining CDP, Tomko was an account executive and media planner at CACI Inc. where he planned and purchased recruitment media for the National Security Agency. Most recently, Shrieves was marketing manager at Event Solutions, Unlimited.
MPG, the media network of Havas, has tapped CHARLIE RUTMAN as its new chief executive officer for MPG North America, overseeing all operations in the United States and Canada. Rutman, previously president of Carat USA, joined Carat in 1998 and was named its president in July 2001. He replaces JAMES M. ROSE, who left the agency in November.
