BRIAN OFFUTT has been named senior vice president, Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products. In this new position, he will oversee Paramount's licensing and merchandising activities. Offutt formerly was chief operating officer of Broadway Video Entertainment, where he was responsible for the company's post-production business unit.

WorldNow has hired ALLISON BODENMANN as executive vice president for national/network ad sales. Bodenmann, most recently vice president business development at Court TV, will be responsible for national advertising on 147 local media Web sites in the WorldNow Network. Prior to Court TV, she was president of The Syndicated Network Television Association.

Media company, Inspire Your World has named ERIC FEIL editor-in-chief of Inspire Your World magazine. Most recently, he consulted for TV Guide, as well as Dennis Publishing, Bauer Publishing, and Riot Media. He has also been an on-air contributor to ESPN2’s morning show, “Cold Pizza,” since its launch in 2003.

Night Agency has added EVAN OREMLAND as a motion/Web designer. Oremland will oversee and design much of the company's current motion design projects.

The Chicago office of Draft has named CATHERINE ROGGOW vice president, account director. Roggow will work on various pharmaceutical accounts. She joins the agency from Virginia-based Glen Eagle Marketing where she was an account director for ConAgra Foods. While there, she supervised strategic positioning and development of integrated promotional brand plans including product launches, new brand introductions, and repositioning.

Blattner Brunner has named MELANIE GOTTSCHALK and EDYTA STADNIK as account executive and assistant account executive, respectively. Gottschalk is responsible for research, communication, and project management, including coordinating and budgeting account projects. Stadnik will work mainly on the Cub Cadet account.
