    GM Planworks, the full-service media agency within Starcom MediaVest Group dedicated to automaker General Motors, has named PATTY DUGAN, LEAH HERBERT, and MOLLY MARCHESE vice presidents of the agency. Media Directors Dugan and Marchese are responsible for leading the development of media campaigns and integrated sponsorships; Training Director Herbert initiates and manages agency personnel training programs.

  • GRAHAM BIBBY
    Roberts & Tarlow, a NewYork-based agency, has appointed GRAHAM BIBBY as its chief operating officer. In the newly created position, Bibby will oversee the agency's financial operations as well as its production, traffic, IT, and office services. For the past 17 years, Bibby has worked for the Interpublic Group of Companies. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer, partner at Gotham Inc. While there, he implemented new financial reporting procedures, reorganized the IT department, and oversaw the traffic, production, and studio departments.

    BILLY WRIGHT has been named vice president, Worldwide Wireless, Warner Bros. Online. Wright will lead the company’s Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) strategic mobile teams as they develop, produce, publish, and market content based on the studio’s brands to mobile subscribers around the world. Wright joins Warner Bros. Online from Orange, a telecommunications company.

She joins Reuters after a seven-year stint with MarketWatch, most recently as bureau chief in London covering European markets and general news.
