ePrize has hired JEFF BLACKMAN as chief financial officer.

BRAD BACK has joined Draft Chicago as senior vice president and group account director. Back spent five years at Frankel/ARC Worldwide (a division of Publicis Groupe) in Chicago, most recently as executive vice president/client solutions director.

AOL has named JANET ROLLÉ as vice president and general manager of AOL Women’ s & Lifestyle Programming. In her new role, Rollé will oversee the direction and development of editorial content for AOL Coaches, Beauty & Style, Books, Diet & Fitness, Food, Health, Home, Horoscopes, Organizing, Parenting and Weddings. Rollé will continue to helm the AOL Black Voices service as vice president and general manager, a role she has held since joining the company last July.

LARRY NOVENSTERN has been named EVP, director of national electronic media for Optimedia US. Novenstern will be responsible for all network, cable and syndication investments as well as the strategic development of new electronic media platforms and product integration initiatives. Novenstern joins Optimedia after a four year run as SVP, director of national broadcast buying at Deutsch.

ATTIK has named TIM SCOTT creative director and MARK ANDERSON as account director.

LUIS GONZALEZ has rejoined Lopez Negrete as creative director and MANUEL VILLEGAS has been promoted to associate creative director, up from senior copywriter.

The Active Network has hired KERI STONE as senior online advertising sales representative, leading east coast ad sales for Active.com and Eteamz.com. She joins the company from Google, where she sold the AdSense program to publishers in the automotive, sports and lifestyle industries.

Tango has hired SAVANNAH ASHOUR as associate editor. Ashour joins Tango from Arcade Publishing, where she was assistant editor. In addition, KELLY BARE, former senior editor, will be taking on the new role of deputy editor and MARNIE HANEL, contributing editor and writer, will become Tango’s senior editor.

TV Guide magazine has named PETER C. HAEFFNER as its publisher. Haeffner replaces SCOTT CRYSTAL who was promoted to president of the TV Guide Publishing Group in October. Haeffner re-joins the magazine from Better Homes and Gardens, where he served as advertising director.

EARL “BUTCH” GRAVES JR. has been named chief executive officer and president of Black Enterprise magazine.
