    RACHEL POWER joined Digitas, Boston as vice president/director, overseeing planning efforts for The Home Depot and AARP. In addition, Power will work on planning and strategy for Cingular and other clients. Power was most recently a senior brand planner at Mullen, where she worked on the XM Satellite Radio account.

    Hill, Holliday promoted KEVIN DALEY to senior vice president, group creative director for the agency’s Boston office. Daley will partner with TIM CAWLEY, senior vice president and group creative director, sharing creative duties on Dunkin’ Donuts. Daley previously served as vice president, assistant creative director.

    Fallon Worldwide has named JEREMY BOWLES to the newly created position of global managing director, Citi. He will lead the combined Fallon and Publicis team and manage the Citi brand globally. Bowles was managing partner at WCRS and prior to that, managing director at Lowe London.
  • ANN FUDGE
    ANN FUDGE is retiring from her role as chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam Brands at the end of the year. Fudge joined Young & Rubicam Brands in 2003, the group which includes Y&R, Burson-Marsteller, Wunderman, Landor Associates, Cohn & Wolfe, Sudler & Hennessey, among other companies.

    KATHLEEN M. WOLF joined PARADE as an account executive. She joins PARADE from Time, Inc., where she was an account manager for Fortune, Money, Business 2.0 and Fortune Small Business.

    STEPHEN FRIEDMAN was promoted from general manager of mtvU to executive vice president. Friedman will continue to oversee all aspects of MTV’s college network, in addition to the recently acquired College Publisher network of more than 500 online college newspapers.

    JIM COLLINS has joined Mediamark Research Inc. as senior vice president of research. Collins most recently was senior vice president of information systems at Scarborough Research, which he joined in 1998.
  • PAUL VANGURA
    90octane promoted PAUL VANGURA, previously marketing coordinator, to senior innovations coordinator. In addition, BROOKE CAESAR was elevated to senior marketing coordinator.
  • ANDY JEDYNAK
    ANDY JEDYNAK, formerly senior vice president of the consumer division will become chief marketing officer of WeatherBug. MICHAEL ROSEN has been appointed to senior vice president and general manager of WeatherBug consumer and SHANE LUNDY will move to vice president of product strategy for AWS, from vice president of business development of WeatherBug consumer.
