StrawberryFrog Amsterdam hired RICHARD GORODECKY as executive creative director. Gorodecky replaces MARK CHALMERS who left the agency in April. Most recently, Gorodecky spent eight years at Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam working on Nike, Heineken, Coca-Cola, Audi, UPC, EA Games, Lego, Wyborowa Wodka and Gore-Tex accounts.

RICH MUHLSTOCK, client service director, TAXI New York, is moving into a newly created role at the agency. He now serves as general manager at TAXI Content, a service launched in August for TAXI clients in Canada and the U.S.

Wunderman New York hired BEN ELGART as information architect and will be responsible for usability and user experience. Most recently, he worked at John B. Pierce Laboratory as a research assistant.

Cenergy Communications named ROBYN RECOON as director of account services, a new position. Previously, Recoon was director of client services at Stand Advertising.

JENNIFER SUAREZ was named senior vice president, workforce development for CBS Corporation. Suarez will oversee all executive level search and development functions across the company's various divisions.

GE Commercial Finance elevated managing director THOMAS W. REGAN to serve as group head of sponsor coverage for its media, communications & entertainment business. Regan most recently ran the GE unit's large-cap media origination team and has closed financings for Raycom Media, Community Newspaper Holdings and Thomas Nelson.

DAVID LANG was named president of MindShare Entertainment. In addition, MindShare senior partner and strategic planning director STEVEN PILUSO is joining Lang's team in as director of content strategy. MindShare Entertainment producer GREGORY MANAGO was promoted to supervising producer. Lastly, freelancer producer LINDSAY GRAVIN is joining the company as a producer.
