Seiter & Miller Advertising appointed Colleen Fleury account director on its NYU School of Continuing and Professional Services account. Fleury joins SMA from Modernista, where she served as an account supervisor.

Mediabrands hired Ruth Stubbs as president of Mediabrands Asia. In addition, Jeff Cressall will now oversee Australasia. Stubbs joins Mediabrands from GroupM, where she was CEO of Interaction since 2004.

Sue Davidson joined MediaCom in the dual role of senior partner, director of communications planning, and director of the agency's newly launched Freshness initiative. Prior to MediaCom, Davidson was a strategist at Atmosphere BBDO and Digitas, where she constructed strategies for clients such as Pfizer, Microsoft, General Motors, XM Satellite Radio, Target, AT&T Wireless and FedEx.

Media Link hired Wenda Harris Millard as president. Millard joins Media Link from Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where she served as co-CEO and president, media.

Cheil Worldwide named Jason Zhao as COO and executive creative director for its Cheil Worldwide China network. Zhao most recently served as executive creative partner for Publicis China Beijing.

NetShelter Technology Media named Michele Sweeney as chief sales and marketing officer. Sweeney joins the company from Nimblefish Technologies, where she was executive vice president of marketing solutions.
