Dave Penski was promoted to president, Zenith Media USA; Rob Jayson was elevated to president, strategy and Ava Jordhamo was promoted to president, execution.

Beth Mueller joined OLSON as design director, most recently from her own interior design company, LifeSpace Interiors.

MobiTV named Bob Gehringer as vice president of advertising and brand partnerships. Gehringer joins MobiTV from NextMedium, where he served as vice president of agency partnerships.

Draftfcb New York hired Gena Stanglein as vice president, media analytics on its Customer Intelligence team. Stanglein previously worked at OgilvyOne Worldwide and McCann Worldgroup.
