    Kerry Fitzmaurice was named chief marketing officer of Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners, starting December 2. A new position at the agency, Fitzmaurice will lead the marketing of kbs+ as it expands in North America and globally. Fitzmaurice joins kbs+ from Mother New York, where she served as director of new business and communications.     Samantha Johnson was named agency-wide media director at TDA_Boulder, replacing Sarah Tefs, who relocated to Virginia. Most recently, Johnson was communications director at Saatchi & Saatchi, Los Angeles, on all accounts. Her work there included the launches of both the Toyota Tundra and Prius. In February, the Advertising Women of New York named Johnson one of 2013’s “Working Mothers of the Year.”

    Interbrand promoted Graham Hales as global chief marketing officer and Andrea Sullivan to chief marketing officer, North America. Hales most recently served as chief executive officer of Interbrand London, while Sullivan served as executive director of client services, responsible for client services and marketing for Interbrand North America. As chief executive officer of Interbrand London, Hales worked with clients like the BBC, British Airways and Samsung. While serving as executive director of client services, Sullivan led the Client Services and Marketing team and co-founded Interbrand’s global Corporate Citizenship practice.

    Seattle-based Digital agency, WINTR hired Joe McDonagh as chief strategy officer, a new position. McDonagh joins WINTR from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where he was the lead on all Foundation creative as deputy director, creative and content. Prior to that, he served in creative and leadership positions for agencies like Cheil Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy.WINTR’s clients include Russell Investments, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Microsoft and Live Nation.
