RPA hired three people in its creative department. Michael Takeshita joins as vice president, digital design director, Alex Goulart as associate creative director/copywriter and Joao Medeiros as associate creative director/art director. Takeshita will manage the digital design group for all clients. Most recently, he worked at TBWA's Digital Arts Network and prior to that Deutsch LA, as the digital lead on Volkswagen. Both Goulart and Medeiros join from TBWA\Chiat Day, where they were senior copywriter and senior art director on the Nissan account.

BabyCenter promoted Julie Michaelson to vice president of sales for North America.

WhoSay hired Rob Gregory as chief revenue officer. Most recently, Gregory served as president of The Newsweek Daily Beast Company.

ATTIK hired Balind Sieber as digital creative director; senior interactive producers Mark Campbell and Alex Lee Barlow; Lauren Birnbaum as digital account supervisor, and senior digital account manager Lana Chan.

Parade Media Group named Andy Abrahams as executive editor and Jessica Wozinsky as social media editor.

RAPP announced that its global chief strategy officer, Loren Grossman, would also take on a newly created position as director of applied data. This new role will add a media analytics emphasis to Grossman's existing responsibility of overseeing data and measurement capability at RAPP.

The FADER promoted Graham Heth to associate publisher and hired Melissa Rivera Sosa as advertising operations manager and Alison Warren as account manager.

NBCUniversal and Comcast named Maggie McLean Suniewick senior vice president, strategic integration. Most recently, Suniewick served as vice president, programming for Comcast Cable where she managed programming across all Comcast platforms.
